Designation: Senior Manager/AVP Financial Due diligence

Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Financial Due diligence in BFSI Sector

Education: CA/MBA

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

Conduct end-to-end financial, legal, business, and regulatory due diligence for Public Issues and Private Placements of NCDs.

Manage virtual data rooms, monitor documentation requirements, and coordinate issue trackers with relevant stakeholders.

Draft, review, and coordinate offer documents including Disclosure Documents, Shelf Prospectus, Tranche Prospectus, and Information Memorandum in compliance with SEBI (ILNCS) Regulations.

Work closely with issuers, legal counsels, intermediaries, and merchant banking teams for timely preparation and filing of documents.

Liaise with SEBI, Stock Exchanges (BSE/NSE), Debenture Trustees, RTAs, and Credit Rating Agencies for regulatory approvals, observations, in-principle listings, and post-issue compliances.

Support transaction execution activities including issue structuring, execution timelines, documentation closure, listing, and post-listing reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and legal counsels to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions
