Designation: Senior Manager/AVP Compliance -Treasury

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

-Providing guidance on all treasury-related issues from a compliance perspective in order to support the bank's business and treasury function.

-Assisting the team lead in examining Treasury-related notes, policies, procedures, and products. It entails offering compliance guidance and feedback to guarantee that bank procedures are thorough and adhere to legal requirements.

-Providing guidance on all issues pertaining to market risk.

-Advising on all financial-related issues, such as disclosures in financial statements about investments, borrowing, derivatives, market risk, liquidity risk, etc.

-Working together on regulatory issues with other assurance departments such as internal audit and risk.

-Selectively evaluating and monitoring Treasury's regulatory risk areas to make sure RBI requirements are being followed.

-Participating in the execution of the new circular on all treasury-related issues at the bank level.

-Coordinating and working with stakeholders to supply information and details sought by RBI in order to support the team during the RBI Audit.
