Role: Senior Manager Audio & Visual (Technology and Operations)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Are you ready to play a key role in safeguarding patient data and work in Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC). As a Senior Manager, Audio & Visual (Technology & Operations) you will be responsible for leading worldwide AV Technology, operations, establishing engineering governance, and ensuring effective delivery across strategic regions. This position oversees the entire lifecycle of enterprise AV environments, from initial design to long-term service stability. You will also drive enterprise collaboration capabilities using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex, guaranteeing a seamless and equitable user experience for all employees globally.

What will you be doing

  • Purpose of this role is to provide both strategic and operational leadership for global AV engineering and service delivery. As Senior Manager you will need to ensure that AV systems remain standardized, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's digital workplace strategy. A strong focus on governance is maintained throughout the design, procurement, integration, and support processes.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise AV operations and leadership of delivery within large corporate or multinational organizations is required.
  • To be successful you must have a proven track record managing global AV engineering teams and overseeing significant office buildouts and retrofits. Familiarity with ITIL is preferred to support operational governance maturity.
  • Global AV Standards & Architecture: Establish and enforce global audiovisual (AV) technology standards. Define room typologies, design blueprints, signal flow architectures, rack designs, and control philosophies.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise collaboration platforms. Own and govern comprehensive technical documentation, including Room matrices and standards, Bills of materials (BoMs), Line diagrams and signal flows, Rack elevations. Technical validation and compliance frameworks.
  • Engineering Oversight & Delivery Governance: Oversee installation readiness, configuration governance, and commissioning controls.
  • Validate system integration across diverse enterprise environments, including: AV-over-IP architectures, DSP ecosystems, Control systems, Projection and display systems, Ensure engineering consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
  • Operational & Service Governance: Govern AV service quality, escalation processes, and operational maturity. Act as the highest internal escalation point for complex AV incidents.
  • Drive root cause analysis and ensure permanent resolution of critical issues. Manage incident, change, and asset workflows using platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Lead lifecycle refresh planning, financial forecasting, and CapEx/OpEx management. Ensure smooth transition from build to managed service support, including: Runbooks and operational documentation. Preventive maintenance models.
  • Performance KPIs and SLAs. Drive continuous service improvement and operational scalability, Procurement, Network & Compliance Advisory.

What will you need to be successful


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
  • In this role you will be accountable for setting and maintaining global delivery standards for diverse AV environments, including meeting rooms, executive briefing centres, collaboration spaces, digital signage, TV distribution systems, and large-format display ecosystems.
  • Prioritizes operational excellence, technical uniformity, financial discipline, and scalable AV architecture across all office locations.
  • You will also drive enterprise collaboration capabilities using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex, guaranteeing a seamless and equitable user experience for all employees globally.
  • Provide strategic advisory input into procurement activities, including Vendor strategy and selection, Technology standardization, Cost optimization.
  • Ensure AV solutions comply with enterprise network requirements, including: VLAN segmentation, Quality of Service (QoS), AV-over-IP bandwidth and security standards.
  • Executive & High-Visibility Event Readiness. Ensure technical readiness for executive-level events and global, high-visibility forums.
  • Provide engineering assurance for critical live environments, including: Technical stability and redundancy planning. Advanced engineering support and on-site coverage.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement - Lead and develop a distributed global team of AV architects, engineers and regional leads.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct structured performance appraisals.
  • Mentor technical talent and build succession plans. Demonstrate strong executive presence and communicate complex AV and network concepts clearly.
  • Engage and influence senior leadership, facilities, IT infrastructure, procurement, and external partners. Align AV strategy with broader workplace transformation and digital workplace initiatives.
  • Technical & Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in enterprise unified communications and collaboration ecosystems. Strong background in AV-over-IP design, DSP tuning, and control systems programming.
  • Proven experience with enterprise network integration. Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Room standardization frameworks, Digital signage and TV distribution platforms.
  • Videowall deployments, Executive and boardroom collaboration environments.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across: Audio signal chains, Video routing and matrix switching. Control processor configuration.
