Role Description

Interise is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager/Associate General Manager to lead and manage key operational and strategic initiatives. As part of this full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, responsibilities include overseeing business operations, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing infrastructure projects, driving project performance, and fostering collaboration across teams. The role will require creating and implementing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
• Project management expertise, including experience in handling complex infrastructure-related projects.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to identify growth opportunities and optimize resources.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to drive operational efficiency and align strategies with organizational objectives.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial planning relevant to infrastructure investments.
• Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in the infrastructure or investment sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
