AveVector Group is looking for a high-impact HR leader who can operate as a true business partner and problem solver. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and requires someone who understands business realities, thinks commercially, leverages data for decision-making, and drives people strategy aligned to organizational growth.
The individual will work closely with leadership teams across multiple entities within the group and will play a critical role in building scalable people practices, strengthening talent pipelines, and driving organization effectiveness.
About the Role
This role reports to the Group Head – People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Problem Solving
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and growth plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor by solving people and organizational challenges with a business-first mindset.
- Drive interventions that improve productivity, effectiveness, engagement, and overall business outcomes.
- Build strong credibility with stakeholders across functions and entities.
Talent Management & Capability Building
- Identify critical talent gaps across teams and functions.
- Design and drive robust talent management frameworks including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification.
- Create structured capability-building and career development journeys.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and future talent readiness.
Commercial & Data-Driven HR
- Bring strong commercial acumen and understanding of business metrics.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to influence decision-making and people strategy.
- Track and improve key people metrics including productivity, attrition, hiring effectiveness, performance trends, and employee experience indicators.
- Build actionable HR dashboards and review mechanisms.
Organisation Development
- Drive key OD initiatives across culture, structure, role clarity, effectiveness, and change management.
- Support leadership teams in creating high-performance and high-accountability cultures.
- Lead interventions around employee engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
- Contribute to building scalable people practices across group entities.
Culture & Leadership Partnership
- Work closely with leadership teams to strengthen culture and organizational values.
- Enable managers and leaders through coaching, guidance, and people interventions.
- Champion collaboration and alignment across businesses within the group.

Preferred Experience
- 8–15 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Organisation Development roles.
- Experience working with multiple business units, startups, internet businesses, or high-growth environments will be preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
