Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager in the Estimation department. The responsibilities include preparing detailed project cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and financial project requirements. The individual will play a key role in handling tendering procedures, verifying subcontractor quotations, and strategizing to optimize project execution costs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills to evaluate project costs and oversee budgets accurately
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Customer Service capabilities to build strong relationships with clients and address project-related queries
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or design & build projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in estimation software and tools relevant to construction projects
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
