Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of long-term strategies, portfolio approaches, and investment strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. Generate insights on market developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions and support financial targets. Develop strategic narratives and materials for engagement with key stakeholders, including the Board and industry partners. Conduct analysis of global sector trends and competitive landscapes to shape long-term strategic direction. Support management in evaluating strategic opportunities requiring structured analysis and coordination. Oversee selected projects related to competitive intelligence, digital enablement, and ecosystem partnerships. Facilitate annual and periodic strategic review sessions and drive the corporate planning cycle. Track and report on performance against corporate targets and ensure clarity in deliverables for senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning. Prior experience in relevant sectors such as venture capital or private equity is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop clear, practical recommendations from complex issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior leaders. Proven stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional progress. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve high-quality outputs efficiently.
