About the Team

The Analytics team at Navi plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. We work closely with all business functions to generate insights, build visibility, and validate hypotheses that shape strategy and execution. Our work spans five key verticals: Business and Product Analytics, Credit & Credit Risk Analytics, Collections & Biz-fin Analytics, Self-Serve and Automation.

About the Role

The Senior Manager Analytics is responsible for owning and scaling Analytics for a major business vertical or charter. This role goes beyond delivering insights it involves:

• Defining the long-term Analytics vision for the function
• Driving measurable movement in core business metrics
• Building scalable data processes and experimentation culture
• Leading and developing high-performing Analytics managers and analysts

This role requires strong business acumen, structured problem solving, technical depth, and people leadership.

What We Expect From You

• Leadership and Strategy
• Lead and own an Analytics charter for a business vertical
• Partner with leadership to shape data-driven strategies around revenue, cost, compliance and customer experience.
• Translate business goals into structured analytics roadmap
• Advanced Problem Solving
• Lead high-impact, ambiguous problem statements across functions
• Structure complex problems into scalable analytical solutions, applying statistical modeling, predictive and optimization techniques
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Act as Analytics partner to Business, Product, Data Science, Engineering and Ops teams; embed data-driven decision-making across stakeholders
• Define and refine KPIs to achieve business objectives, and build diagnostic frameworks around them
• Establish and scale structured experimentation frameworks, ensuring correct metric design, sample sizing, and inference standards
• Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts and Managers
• Drive resource planning and performance management in the team
• Build capabilities across technical depth, business acumen, and innovation across Analytics
• Data Governance & Tooling
• Own metric definitions, business logic, and data validation standards
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data reliability and accessibility
• Drive adoption of automation and self-serve tools and platforms across the organization

Must Haves

• Experience:7+ years of experience in Analytics, and 3+ years leading teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Proficiency:Advanced SQL, experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., Python, R)
• Strategic & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think holistically and translate data insights into actionable business strategies
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with leadership across product managers, business and engineering teams to achieve goals
• Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels
