About the Role:
This isn't a typical Senior Manager Analytics role.
You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer. You will translate complex business objectives into actionable analytical roadmaps, leading a high-performing team to decode user behavior through advanced cohort and funnel analysis. By bridging the gap between data and core business strategy, you ensure every product and growth decision is rooted in deep analytics precision.
What You'll Do:
- Provide analytical recommendations to influence product, marketing, and overall business strategy.
- Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses, spanning from early user behavior exploration to multivariate optimizations.
- Partner with growth, product, engineering, and UX teams to provide insights through cohort analysis, user segmentation, and funnel analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts while maintaining strong technical hands-on contributions to complex projects.
- Partner with Data Engineering to build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and low-latency reporting.
You'll Excel in This Role If You:
- Have 57 years of experience with outstanding SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
- Deconstruct business goals into structured, data-driven workstreams and actionable analytics projects.
- Possess a solid grasp of statistical methods and experiment designs (A/B testing).
- Have hands-on experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset, etc.)
- Have a deep understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating on ETL/ELT pipeline design

- You've successfully collaborated with Engineering to deploy data models that serve as the definitive single source of truth for the organization.

- Your mentorship has leveled up the analytical rigor of the team, enabling them to handle complex problems with minimal oversight.
