Senior Manager Analytics & AI Transformation
We are looking for a transformation leader who will aggressively scale Analytics and institutionalize AI as a competitive advantage across the enterprise. This role is not about incremental reporting improvements; it is about re-architecting how decisions are made using data and AI.
The incumbent will define AI ambition, build execution muscle, embed governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong executive presence, deep analytical rigor, and hands-on AI understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI & Analytics Strategy
- Define and drive a clear AI transformation vision aligned to business strategy
- Identify enterprise-wide AI opportunities across customers, operations, supply chain, finance, and risk
- Develop prioritized AI investment roadmap with measurable ROI
- Build executive-level dashboards for value realization tracking
AI Program Ownership (End-to-End)
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI initiatives problem framing, data strategy, modeling, validation, deployment, and adoption
- Drive productionization of ML/AI models (scalability, monitoring, retraining, governance)
- Embed experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, model benchmarking, impact measurement)
- Establish standards for model risk management and responsible AI
Organizational Capability & Operating Model
- Define the operating model for Analytics & AI (centralized, federated, hybrid)
- Build and mentor high-caliber data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists
- Drive AI literacy and adoption across leadership layers
- Set delivery standards and execution rigor
Executive & Stakeholder Influence
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on AI investments
- Translate AI capabilities into business language with quantified value
- Challenge legacy approaches and drive data-first culture
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Technology & Platform Enablement
- Partner with IT and engineering to build scalable data and AI platforms
- Drive cloud-based AI adoption (AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystems)
- Champion MLOps frameworks and automation-first practices
- Ensure robust data quality, governance, and compliance
Required Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or AI-driven transformation
- 5 to 8+ years leading large analytics teams and enterprise programs
- Demonstrated track record of deploying AI/ML solutions into production with measurable impact
- Strong grounding in:
- Experience building AI roadmaps and securing executive buy-in
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks, BI tools, and cloud platforms
- Has led AI transformation in a mid-to-large enterprise
- Can balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Has built AI CoEs or scaled analytics functions from ground up
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving change
- Brings strong commercial orientation, not just technical expertise
