Designation: Senior Manager - Ad Sales

- Can quickly understand and internalize new concepts, especially in digital advertising and performance marketing
- Has strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to sell and consult with external brand partners
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Demonstrates strong generalist capabilities, with the flexibility to move across problem statements and projects
- Shows the potential to grow beyond execution into product thinking and cross-functional leadership
- Can actively collaborate with product teams to conceptualize and build new performance-driven ad products
- Is highly trainable, adaptable, and scalable in scope and responsibility
Are you who we're searching for
- MBA with 1–2 years of post-MBA work experience in Sales
- Prior experience in CEO's Office or similar strategic/business roles preferred
- Exposure to Ad Sales, digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles would be an added advantage
Role Evolution
Phase 1: Execution & Revenue Ownership
- Drive adoption and revenue from existing non-endemic performance inventory
- Build and manage relationships with brand partners and agencies
- Optimize campaigns for performance outcomes
Phase 2: Product Collaboration & Expansion
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify gaps in the current ad offering
- Contribute to the design and rollout of new performance marketing products
- Translate advertiser needs into scalable product solutions
Phase 3: Strategic Ownership
- Help define the long-term monetization roadmap for non-endemic advertising
- Take ownership of larger initiatives spanning sales, product, and strategy
