About the Client

Client is a corporate law firm

CTC : Maximum 22 lacs ( Based on experience)

Exp : Minimum 11 Years in Admin & Facilities

Location : Mumbai

SCOPE OF WORK

  • In-charge of the following functions & manpower directly taking care of these services:
  • Maintenance and services of all the fixed assets.
  • Housekeeping, Security services,
  • Pantry & canteen services,
  • Courier & despatch, concierge desk.
  • Front Desk & telephone operators,
  • Management of peons and contract staff,
  • Fleet management & travel desk
  • Stationery procurement & distribution
  • Contract & Estate services,
  • Management of variable cost on utilities / services.

Team Leader Manage a team of 3 to 5 professionals.

Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring budget vis a vis variance

Asset Tagging, asset insurance & management of all assets.

Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office.

Keep track and update risk management module.

Keep records and files of financial and technical documentation and reports
