Candidate from General Insurance & BFSI Industry. Candidates who have 17 years experience in BFSI Industry and graduated from BE (Electrical & Electronics) . Saving from existing Real Estate by rent reduction & Space reduction Reduce operating expenses Electricity / Pest Control) Timely readiness of new branches, refurbishment, relocations & RnM projects at optimal cost branches hygine & clealiness in maintained across all branches & offices. Timely opening & closure of branches on daily basis as per branch timings. Equipments are maintained and in working condition. Adequate backup is provided incase of urgency Fire drills across all office atleast once a year compliance interms of timely submission of RCSA No NCs in both internal / external audits (including cyber security audit) Minimum 85% average score for all the branches in Branch Score Card Timely renewal of Real Estate Agreements & Employee retention.
