Job Description

Experience: minimum 10 -12 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

  • Lead a team of corporate and site administrative staff to ensure effective office administration and facilities management PAN India.
  • Vendor Management - ensure negotiation and timely reviews with vendors & service providers for achieving best services levels at optimum cost.
  • Expense Management -manage day to day admin expenses and adhere to all statutory obligations within timelines.
  • Liaise with Govt. authorities for various statutory compliances for effective office management, registration /renewal of licenses & agreements, finalization of lease agreements etc.
  • Adhering SOP's for Administration/ Asset Management & other administration related functions.
  • Travel Management -managing travel arrangements, passport renewal, visa processing, travel management of visiting expats from other countries, renewal/extension of employment visa and registration and completing FRRO formalities of Expats.
  • Maintenance & management of all company vehicles and Driver Management
  • Ensure effective health & safety management, Infrastructure management and event management etc.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, SLA & SOPs, asset list, vendor records, service records, purchase requests & orders.
  • Any other work as assigned by management from time to time.
