Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Certification in Training/Quality (preferred)
- 20 years in training or L&D roles
- Experience in vendor-led program management
- Exposure to audits and quality frameworks
- Understanding of industry skill requirements
