Role: Senior Manager, Advertiser Sales (South India)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Advertiser Sales to drive the growth of MCanvas advertiser business across South India. This role requires a hands-on sales leader with deep expertise in the branding and digital advertising ecosystem, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in digital advertising sales, experience working with agencies and brands in the South Indian market, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets. Experience in OEM mobile advertising and advanced ad formats such as rich media and CTV will be a strong advantage.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Supply, and Leadership teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions for clients.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Own and deliver MCanvas branding sales and revenue targets for the South India region.
  • Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline across brands and key media agencies.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and vertical penetration frameworks for branding plans spanning across display, video & CTV.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with leading brands, advertisers, and media buying agencies across South India.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and mobile marketing leaders to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective advertising solutions for clients.
  • Provide structured market feedback to help evolve and localize the MCanvas product offering for the South Indian market.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales within AdTech, branding sales spanning across digital, CTV & TV.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale revenue growth in digital advertising.
  • Strong relationships with South India media agencies such as WPP, Interactive Avenues, Dentsu, and Zenith.
  • Experience selling Connected TV (CTV) and other emerging advertising formats.
  • Experience working with advertising platforms and aggregators.
  • Established relationships with e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart) as well as FMCG, OEM/mobile brands, luxury brands, and traditional retail categories such as Jewellery.
  • Experience in rich media advertising solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of branding solutions across CTV, mobile, and rich media formats.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
