Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role the reporting will be to the Regional Sales Head - West at Digital ShoutOuts Media located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager Ad Sales will be responsible for managing new business in north region, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining and growing current accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and analysing sales performance to ensure the company meets its revenue targets.

Qualifications:-

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data insights and use them to inform sales strategies and decisions.
• Must have amazing relationship with clients & agencies.
• We do only brand campaigns not performance so people with same background only apply.
• Account Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Team Management: Experience managing and coaching a team of sales professionals.
• Sales Management: Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

This position is strictly for Digital Ad Sales. Experience in TV, offline media, or other industries will not be considered. This is a work-from-office role; WFH is not available.
