Job Description

Desired Experience & Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver ad sales revenue targets for the BharatPe ecosystem, with full accountability for business growth and commercial outcomes.

Drive new business development by acquiring brands, advertisers, and agency partners across key industry verticals.

Build and scale strategic partnerships that unlock sustainable advertising revenue opportunities for BharatPe.

Lead the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to commercial negotiations, closure, and account growth.

Develop customized advertising and brand solutions aligned with client objectives and BharatPe's ecosystem strengths.

Own end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Establish strong relationships with senior brand marketers, media agencies, and key decision-makers to drive repeat business.

Identify new monetization opportunities, market trends, and category insights to expand the ad sales business.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurate revenue forecasts, and regular business reviews with leadership.

Demonstrate high ownership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and execution excellence to build and scale the advertising business.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Digital Advertising, or Integrated Marketing Solutions.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving new business acquisition.

Strong network across brands, advertisers, and media agencies.

Experience managing end-to-end advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.

Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, retail media, e-commerce, or digital platforms preferred.
