Senior Manager/AD - Partnership and Alliances

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

Experience: 6-8 Partnership Experience, with significant exposure to Payment Gateway, merchant services, or digital payment products.

Role Overview:

Play a pivotal role in expanding EnKash's footprint across the fintech ecosystem by driving strategic partnerships and alliances to unlock new market opportunities and foster collaborative growth - by creating and scaling alliances with aggregators, enterprise platforms, and merchant networks that open new business channels and customer segments.

What You'll Drive

Develop and drive strategic partnerships with corporates, aggregators, and merchant networks.

Lead the entire lifecycle of partnerships - from identification to pitching to onboarding, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing success.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, credit, and legal) to deliver partner-specific solutions.

Track industry developments and emerging fintech trends to refine partnership strategies

Drive top-line growth by acquiring high-impact partners and ensuring strong, value-driven engagement post-onboarding.

What You Bring

6-8 years of experience in fintech or B2B partnerships

Strong exposure to Payment Gateway, Merchant Services, or Digital Payment products

Proven ability to initiate, close, and scale alliances with measurable impact

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

MBA preferred
