The Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager – Primary Assets to join our advisory team in Gurgaon.

This role is designed for a confident, articulate and commercially sharp professional who can combine the discipline of consulting with the energy of sales. The selected candidate will advise clients on primary real estate opportunities, manage high-value relationships and drive revenue through structured, insight-led engagement.

The position requires someone who can think beyond lead conversion. We are looking for a professional who can understand client objectives, evaluate opportunities, communicate with clarity and represent VARA with maturity, confidence and sophistication.

What You Will Do:

As Senior Sales Manager – Primary Assets, you will be responsible for driving business growth in VARA's primary real estate advisory vertical.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on primary real estate opportunities across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
  • Managing the complete client journey from first conversation to consultation, site visit, negotiation and closure.
  • Building strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers and channel partners.
  • Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable assets based on investment goals, lifestyle needs, risk appetite and market positioning.
  • Conducting high-quality client meetings, project presentations and investment discussions.
  • Developing a strong understanding of market trends, pricing movement, developer credibility, inventory positioning and asset performance.
  • Creating and maintaining a structured sales pipeline with clear follow-ups, forecasts and revenue visibility.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to identify new opportunities, improve sales strategy and strengthen VARA's position in the primary assets segment.
  • Representing VARA Advisory LLP with professionalism, discretion and strong business judgment.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a candidate who brings confidence, intelligence, discipline and strong client-facing ability.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, luxury sales, banking, financial services, investment advisory or high-ticket consultative sales.
  • Prior experience in primary real estate sales will be strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage comfortably with HNI clients, investors and senior stakeholders.
  • A polished and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of Gurgaon and Delhi NCR real estate markets.
  • Ability to think strategically and not just transactionally.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through and a self-driven work style.
  • Comfort with working in a performance-oriented, premium advisory environment.

Compensation:
