Job Description

About the Role

Lead and manage the organization's accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and effective financial controls. Support business decision-making through financial analysis, process improvements, and strong stakeholder and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and finalisation of financial statements
  • Handling accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
  • Budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheets
  • Coordination with internal and external auditors
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and strengthening financial controls
  • Team handling and people management responsibilities
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization

Required Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial analysis and process improvements
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills
