Key Responsibilities:

• Managing CFO reporting and stakeholder communication

• Handling client-facing accounting operations and escalations

• Leading accounting transition and migration projects

• Managing outsourced/shared services accounting processes

• Overseeing month-end closing and book closure activities

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and MIS reports

• Conducting Balance Sheet and P&L reviews

• Managing General Ledger (GL) and Record to Report (R2R) processes

• Handling reconciliations and intercompany accounting

• Accounts finalization and audit coordination

• Ensuring compliance with Internal Controls, SOX Compliance, IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS standards
