  • Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and results.
  • Strategic Planning: Deconstruct client briefs to develop integrated communication strategies. You aren't just taking orders; you are suggesting solutions that drive ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead internal brainstorming sessions with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Media Planning teams to ensure a unified 360-degree approach.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage account P&L, including billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
  • Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor Account Executives, providing guidance on professional growth and day-to-day task management.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Present monthly/quarterly reviews to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and what's next strategies.
