Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) service delivery for insurance clients, ensuring accurate period close, statutory reporting, solvency/regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across entities.
- Drive operational excellence and SLA governance, managing large offshore/onshore teams, stabilizing transitions, improving close timelines, and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple insurance products (Life, P&C, Health).
- Partner with Finance Controllers, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Compliance teams to support premium accounting, claims reserves, reinsurance accounting, and financial controls aligned to insurance regulations.
- Spearhead transformation and automation initiatives (SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, Cadency, process standardization), delivering cost optimization, risk reduction, and improved financial insights for leadership.
