Senior Manager - A2E Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Geographical scope: A2E business development for the North India region.
• Manage commercial & business development activities of A2E, collaborating with external partnerships.
• Collaborate with the A2E R&D team and other regional business development teams to ensure market inputs, application information, and competition updates are captured for offer development and continuous engineering.
• Work with local teams to optimize launch resources and time to market.
• Support & manage RFQs, technical inquiries & all techno-commercial topics related to solar solutions.
• Collaborate with the Line of Business (LoB) & country teams to identify partners for execution.
• Build growth strategies and support business plan validation exercises in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate project execution and deliver expected outcomes within budget and agreed timelines, in line with A2E margin guidelines.
• Own and drive the overall coordination between the customer, country team, execution partner, and A2E LoB for the end-to-end scope of A2E solutions, including lifecycle services & technical support.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, track and follow up on risks, and accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule.
• Work with the MarCom team to ensure impact stories are captured with the right narrative and use social media to publish impact stories as per Schneider guidelines.

Profile

• Good people skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization within the A2E ecosystem.
• Previous experience in the development sector & solar solutions.
• Engineering background with good project management experience.
• Influential, assertive (not aggressive), collaborative, and with a high level of digital citizenship.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience of project management methodology.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver in relation to cost, time, and quality of outcome.
• Excellent analytical skills
