Monitoring of process in Lab / Plant during technology transfer activity from R D to Plant. Daily
Monitoring of documents preparation upon experiments. As and when
Review of production activity as per monthly production planning for all plants. As and when
Imparting training of SOPs to subordinates. As and when
Co-ordination with inter and Intra department for smooth operation of all plant. As and when
To raise indents for equipment glassware. As and when
To conduct training (On job and Class room) to subordinates. As and when
Monitoring of transfer of solid waste process waste to ETP. As and when
Review and approve trackwise system related activities. As and when
Technology transfer and implementation for new molecules as well as existing molecules. As and when
Monthly report preparation. As and when
To look after HPLC, GC, UPLC as well as other analytical instruments which are available in GPT Lab. As and when
To approve and release the GPT Lab sample analysis in LIMS. As and when
Department training coordinator for LMS activity. As and when
Ensuring proper housekeeping inside GPT Lab. Daily
Review of electronic signature and audit trial (Empower software). As and when
HAZOP HAZAN studies for new site transfer projects. As and when
