Job Description
Position Summary
Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Vault CRM implementation and migration programs. Translate business objectives into a target architecture spanning Vault CRM, the broader Veeva suite (Network, Align, Events, MedComms), integrations, data, analytics, and security. Serve as the technical authority across the engagement and the primary architect-facing interface with US client architecture teams.
Job Responsibilities
| . Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Vault Platform |
| . Design the Vault CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycles, security model, and deployment approach |
| . Define integration architecture leveraging Vault APIs, Vault Connections, Veeva Network, and enterprise iPaaS |
| . Architect Veeva CRM-to-Vault CRM migration strategy: scope, sequencing, data mapping, parallel operations, cutover |
| . Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications |
| . Guide technical leads and developers on Vault design patterns resolve technical escalations |
| . Lead architecture review boards ensure adherence to Veeva Vault best practices and platform limits |
| . Drive reusability - build accelerators, reference architectures, and Vault solution patterns for the practice |
| . Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations |
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
5-8 years of relevant experience in a pharma analytics company or with a Pharma company in an analytics role
