Design & Projects

Role Purpose

Lead the integrated design and delivery of the assigned real estate project portfolio, translating business requirements and approved project plans into coordinated, buildable, commercially disciplined and high-quality developments.

The role will have end-to-end oversight from product brief, concept and design development through construction, execution, commissioning, completion and customer handover. The position will ensure alignment between Design, Planning, Procurement, QS, Cost Management, QA/QC, HSE, Liaison, Legal and Transition functions while protecting design intent, project quality, cost, schedule and customer experience.

Education

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch with substantial integrated design and project-management experience.
M.Tech in Construction Management, M.Arch, Urban Design, Construction Management, PMP or other relevant management qualification preferred.

Experience

25–28 years of relevant experience in real estate design and project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a portfolio while maintaining design quality, commercial discipline and delivery timelines.
