Role Description The Senior Management Consultant will lead strategic consulting engagements, focusing on optimizing immigration advisory operations, improving client service delivery, and supporting business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, developing and implementing consulting frameworks, and providing insights on finance and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring that consulting practices align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abroad, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and high-quality consulting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting foundation, including Management Consulting and Consulting experience focused on process improvement and strategic advisory.
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose business challenges, and recommend practical, evidence-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Finance to support budgeting, performance analysis, and viability assessments of strategic initiatives.
• Experience in Business Process design, optimization, and documentation to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior consulting or advisory role, preferably in professional services or immigration-related domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
