SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER MECHANICAL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Oversee mechanical repairs and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for hydraulic, pneumatic, and toggle-clamping systems on injection molding machines (150T–1000T+). Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in high-pressure hydraulic circuits, proportional valves, variable displacement pumps, and barrel-screw assemblies. Supervise maintenance of plant auxiliary equipment, including chilled water systems, centralized cooling towers, compressed air systems, and material dehumidifiers. Coordinate major machinery overhauls, barrel/screw replacements (bimetallic/wear-resistant for CPVC), tie-bar alignment checks, and pump rebuilds. Establish critical mechanical spare parts stocking strategies, monitoring consumption rates and minimizing unplanned downtime. Enforce mechanical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and ensure strict compliance with plant safety and environmental regulations. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Machinery Engineering from an accredited university.

 EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 7–10 years industrial maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing (specifically injection molding machinery). Advanced knowledge of hydraulic schematics, pump rebuilds, and pneumatic systems
