Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Manage preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across injection molding machines, compounding lines, auxiliary robots, and granulators. Diagnose and resolve automation faults involving PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, proportional valve amplifiers, and temperature control loops (PID / SSR / Contactor zones). Troubleshoot electrical circuitry, 3-phase power distribution boards, motor control centers (MCC), transformers, and industrial switchgear. Oversee 3-axis/5-axis servo take-out robots, safety interlocks, light curtains, and emergency gate circuit integrations. Optimize barrel heating zone controls, ceramic heater bands, thermocouple inputs, and power energy consumption metrics. Maintain complete documentation of electrical wiring schematics, PLC program backups, calibration routines, and electrical safety/LOTO compliance. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 7–10 years of hands-on electrical and automation maintenance experience in plastic injection molding. Strong command of industrial PLC diagnostics (Siemens, Beckhoff, or KEBA), servo motion controllers, and electrical circuit schematics
