Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

Design, develop, and maintain backend components of Magento-based e-commerce applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Customize and extend Magento functionalities to meet business requirements.

Database Management:

Design and optimize database schemas for e-commerce applications.

Write and maintain SQL queries and data migration scripts.

Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

API Development and Integration:

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.

Integrate third-party APIs and services with Magento.

Ensure seamless data exchange between different systems.

Performance Optimization:

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application.

Optimize code and database queries for better performance.

Implement caching strategies to improve application speed and scalability.

Technical Leadership:

Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for Magento development.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Communicate technical requirements and project progress to stakeholders.
