Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning to configure, support, and optimize SaaS applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure stability, and align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support SaaS / packaged applications
• Manage application releases, updates, and deployments
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Machine Learning implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements
• Monitor system performance and optimize applications
• Utilize APIs and low-code tools to enhance functionality
• Lead team decisions and mentor junior team members
• Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable solutions across teams
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning
• Strong expertise in data modeling and algorithm development
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
