Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI systems powering next-generation intelligent products.

You'll own critical ML systems end-to-end—from data preparation and model training to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and shipping reliable machine learning solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and own production machine learning systems.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference and optimisation.
• Translate research ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Debug model behaviour and production issues using real-world signals.
• Improve model performance through rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Research and Engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Build systems that meet production requirements for reliability, scalability, latency, safety and cost efficiency.

Technical Skills

• Python
• PyTorch and/or JAX
• GPU-based training and inference systems
• Strong software engineering and production coding practices

• Experience building and deploying ML systems used by real users.
• Strong understanding of modern ML models and production inference.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and production-quality code.
• Strong systems thinking with an ownership mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
