Senior Machine Learning Engineer (6+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate should have a balanced profile with a solid understanding of machine learning theory and strong engineering capabilities to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

The role requires someone who can work independently, design ML workflows, and contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning systems including model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

• Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for various use cases.

• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Implement model versioning and experiment tracking to ensure reproducibility and governance.

• Automate model retraining and deployment workflows using CI/CD and MLOps practices.

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and conduct hyperparameter tuning to improve results.

• Monitor production models for performance degradation and data/model drift.

• Document model architectures, experiments, and implementation details.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
