Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks, including:
- CNNs for image-based tasks
- Graph-based models (GCN or similar)
- Advanced architectures such as KAN or equivalent
- Fine-tune large pre-trained models on small, specialized datasets (image +
clinical/text descriptors)
- Implement feature selection techniques (LASSO Regression, Random
Forest, etc.) to remove redundant or insignificant features
- Design and implement multi-modal fusion architectures combining image
and text data
- Define and optimize custom loss functions enforcing cross-modal
consistency and complementary learning
- Evaluate models using task-specific metrics for classification,
segmentation, and object detection
- Support multi-label classification strategies and guide data annotation
approaches
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Proven expertise in model optimization and performance evaluation
- Experience with multi-modal learning (image + text)
- Ability to work independently in an R&D-focused, fast-iteration setup
