Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The Senior Travel Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with travel consulting, management, and arrangements. This involves providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and curating personalized travel experiences

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Understand client requirements and create suitable itineraries based on their interests and preferences. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the travel planning process, providing updates and addressing any concerns or requests promptly
• Operations - Costing and Executing the itineraries - Make reservations, negotiate rates, prepare handover documents and ensure flawless on-trip services
• Destination Expertise - Stay updated on the latest luxury travel trends and grow knowledge of high-end destinations, luxury accommodations, and exclusive experiences
• Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, airlines, tour operators, DMCs and other travel partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in travel arrangements and reservations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury travel and destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
