We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Developer III to join the GDC team in our Low-Code/No-Code Development practice.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our GDC team and this role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level low-code/no-code applications while providing technical leadership and strategic direction.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-level low-code/no-code applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the development team.
  • Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Document technical specifications and development processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in low-code/no-code development.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of applications.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in low-code/no-code development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with database management and optimization.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Expertise in creating Powerapps Canvas, Model driven and Power Pages
  • Hands-on experience with AI Builder for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio for building conversational AI experiences.
  • Expertise in Power Automate Desktop for RPA and desktop automation scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse security roles, data policies, and environment strategies.
  • Knowledge of solution lifecycle management using ALM tools (e.g., Azure DevOps pipelines for Power Platform).
  • Ability to integrate Power Platform with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services).
  • Knowledge on PowerApps Licensing
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Custom Connectors for REST/SOAP APIs. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced understanding of user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot, Virtual Studios, and UI Path.
