Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end
logistics operations . This is not a maintenance role you will drive aggressive
cost reduction , deliver superior service levels, and build a lean, high-performance supply chain that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory operations.
- Help in designing and implement strategies to drive down logistics costs while improving OTIF and delivery performance.
- Negotiate hard with 3PLs, carriers, and freight forwarders to secure best-in-class rates and SLAs.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives implement TMS/WMS and build real-time visibility control.
- Monitor KPIs (cost per shipment, OTIF , inventory accuracy, cycle time, etc.) and continuously improve processes using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies .
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, customs, safety standards, and sustainability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and push a team of logistics professionals to higher standards.
