As we scale, we're looking for a Logistics Manager who understands not just how to move goods but how to do it smart, fast, and fully compliant.
Location: Sector 69, IMT Faridabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatches via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, etc.) and freight forwarding partners (air/sea/road).
- Build end-to-end logistics SOPs covering movement, compliance, and documentation across India, China, USA, Korea, and EU.
- Handle RBI compliance shipping bill closures, FIRC, IRM, Bills of Entry, Advance License, EPCG, and Duty Credit Scripts.
- Manage DGFT schemes Drawback, RODTEP, Advance Authorisation, EPCG, EOU, and MOOWR (Manufacturing & Other Operations in Warehouse Regulation) scheme compliance.
- Liaise with DGFT, Customs, and CHA for licensing, clearances, and audits.
- Track license utilization (EOU/MOOWR/Advance License/EPCG) and ensure correct offsetting of duty liabilities.
- Maintain 100% compliance with export-import regulations; proactively resolve disputes with customs and DGFT.
- Track and optimize freight costs, turnaround times, landed cost analysis, and vendor SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, order management, finance) for delivery timelines and exception handling.
- Build, mentor, and lead a logistics & documentation team to scale operations.
- Maintain MIS for import-export data, RBI/DGFT documentation, audit trails, and refund claims.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in export-import, logistics, or trade compliance (eCommerce, electronics, or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian foreign trade policy, RBI, DGFT, and Customs procedures.
- Hands-on experience with EOU, MOOWR, EPCG, Advance Authorisation, RODTEP/Drawback schemes.
- Proven ability to manage documentation and compliance end-to-end (Shipping Bills, Duty Scripts, Bills of Entry).
- Experience with multi-country logistics (India, US, China, Korea, EU).
- Ability to build processes, streamline compliance, and lead a logistics team.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain import-export MIS, audit records, and compliance documentation for statutory filings and refund claims.
