Role Description The Senior Logistics Manager (Canada, Australia & Germany) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position oversees end-to-end logistics operations related to immigration and consulting services for clients moving to Canada, Australia, and Germany, ensuring efficient coordination of documentation, timelines, and resource allocation. The role involves planning and managing supply chain activities, supervising inventory and procurement processes, and optimizing logistics workflows to support client cases. The Senior Logistics Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners, monitors service quality, resolves operational issues, and maintains compliance with relevant regulations. This role also includes mentoring junior staff, reporting on performance metrics, and continuously improving logistics strategies to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee multi-country operations and optimize processes.
• Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement to manage resources, vendors, and service-related materials effectively.
• Proven Customer Service skills to support clients professionally, address concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced certifications in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in consulting, immigration, or service-oriented industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in standard office and logistics software tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English; additional language skills related to Canada, Australia, or Germany are beneficial.
