Senior Litigation Associate

We are a full service law firm and our work areas include litigation in civil, commercial, IPR, criminal, corporate fields and arbitrations. We are also rendering corporate services to clients.

We are looking to hire Senior Litigation Associate who will be responsible for:

• Managing court cases;
• Keeping the files up to date and ensuring that all orders are complied with;
• Research and drafting of plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence, agreements etc.
• Appearing before courts.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has some basic understanding of the procedural laws such as CPC, Cr.P.C., Evidence; someone who is willing to devote long hours to office and eager to learn. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in litigation.
