Job Title: Senior Linux Engineer (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Shift: Weekly Rotational Shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer with strong expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise production support. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Linux environments along with exposure to any major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

This role requires someone who is technically strong, capable of independently troubleshooting complex issues, resolving support tickets, and ensuring high availability of systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Linux-based production environments

Troubleshoot and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents and support tickets

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Monitor system performance, uptime, and infrastructure stability

Support Linux systems hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and application teams

Participate in weekly rotational shifts and operational support activities

Ensure compliance with patching, security, and operational standards

Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on expertise in Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Experience handling enterprise-level production support environments

Hands-on exposure to any cloud platform:

AWS

Azure

GCP

Strong command-line and server performance tuning experience

Basic scripting/automation knowledge (Shell/Python preferred)

Experience working in high-availability enterprise environments

Good to Have:

Exposure to virtualization technologies

Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools

Experience with automation/configuration management tools

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in weekly rotational shifts

Strong communication and coordination skills

Immediate or early joiners preferred
