Location: CSIR Road, Chennai || Andheri East, Mumbai || DLF Cyber City, II Gurugram
Hybrid – 2 days Onsite (Thursday/Friday)
Shift Time – 01:00 PM or 02:00 PM IST (UK Shift - Flexible)
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in data center operations, infrastructure support, or server hardware management.
- Strong Linux server administration skills including Bash scripting.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise server environments, IPMI, and lifecycle operations.
- Experience coordinating hardware repairs, deployments, and maintenance activities.
- Basic networking experience includes cabling, switch connectivity, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
- Understanding of provisioning technologies such as DHCP, PXE, remote management tools, and OS installation workflows.
- Experience working with remote hands, vendors, or distributed operations teams.
- Strong organizational, ticket management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments.
- Familiarity of server CLI for interacting with server hardware (e.g. Dell)
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs).
- Experience with CMDB, inventory, or asset management systems.
- Exposure to AI tools for workflow automation, reporting, documentation, or operational support.
