Job Responsibilities

- Incident Management: Manage and resolve Linux server issues promptly.
- Server Administration: Execute service requests for new server setup, decommissioning, and filesystem configurations.
- Patching Security: Perform Linux OS patching using Ansible RedHat Satellite, prioritizing vulnerability remediation.
- Virtualization Cloud: Work extensively with VMware, Nutanix physical server consoles.
- Scripting Automation: Utilize Shell scripts for automating tasks and system checks.
- Disaster Recovery: Participate in DR preparedness tests and migration activities.
- User Access Management: Manage Local LDAP users, troubleshoot permissions, and handle disk management.
- Ticketing Monitoring: Provide key support using JIRA tools.
- Server Support: Conduct filesystem utilization checks, process management, and server monitoring.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct SLA analysis, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvement.
- Visit to DC if required, flexible to support in night in case anyP1 incidents.
