This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Librarian located at the Mohali district campus of Amity University. The Senior Librarian will oversee library services, manage resources, and ensure smooth library operations. The role includes developing and organizing library materials, implementing metadata standards, providing instructional support for library users, and ensuring accessibility to library resources. Collaboration with university faculties, maintaining an up-to-date catalog, and delivering exceptional library services will also be key responsibilities.

• Expertise in Library Services and Library Science
• Knowledge and experience in Metadata standards and cataloging
• Strong skills in Library Management and resource organization
• Competency in conducting Library Instruction and supporting student and faculty research
• Proficiency in using library management software and digital resources
• A Master's degree in Library Science or related field is required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an academic or research library
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
