Role Description

This is a full-time, senior-level, on-site role based in Noida. As a core team member, the Senior Professional will define strategic processes, lead real-estate client portfolios, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in strategic planning, team management, and decision-making
  • Proficiency in real estate consultancy, sales strategy development, and portfolio management
  • Excellent skills in market analysis, client relationship building, and data-driven decision-making
  • Effective communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven expertise in utilizing AI-based systems or tools in sales or marketing processes
  • A degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Experience in the NCR real estate market is highly advantageous
