Job title: Senior-level Lead / Principal Consultant (Oracle EPM EPBCS)

Position Summary
- We are seeking a senior-level Lead / Principal Consultant with 10+ years of deep expertise in Oracle EPM and Enterprise Performance Management systems. In this role, you will architect, design, and lead end-to-end cloud implementations to modernize enterprise budgeting and forecasting. You will serve as a strategic technical leader, aligning financial models with corporate business objectives and bridging the gap between finance leadership and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture: Drive full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPBCS and legacy Hyperion migrations, from initial metadata design to production go-live.
- Module Implementation: Architect and configure out-of-the-box Oracle Cloud Planning modules, including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
- Workflow & Metadata Design: Design complex metadata structures, entity hierarchies, custom dimensions, and approval workflows tailored to global business units.
- Data Integration & Automation: Oversee data flows between Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP, data warehouses, and EPM applications; architect robust integration pipelines and automated batch processes.
- System Optimization: Act autonomously to audit application health, optimize calculation scripts/business rules, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate system risks.
- Cross-Application Strategy: Proactively advise on the deployment and co-existence of broader Oracle EPM solutions, including FCCS (Consolidation) and ARCS (Reconciliation).
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead development teams through testing, validation, and deployment cycles, ensuring precision and accuracy under high-pressure client deadlines.
Required Technical Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in administration, design, development, and support of Oracle EPM / Hyperion ecosystems.
- Core Expertise: A proven track record of architecting and deploying Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services) for global organizations.
- Data Warehousing & ERP integration: Strong working knowledge of integrating data warehouses with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP and EPM environments.
- Tools: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex financial modeling), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and modern workplace collaboration suites.
- Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud EPM Certification, specifically Oracle Planning Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1080) .
