Job Title: Senior Legal Researcher/Executive

Key Responsibilities
I. Legal Research & Drafting
Conduct in-depth research on statutes, case laws, and policy matters.
Draft legal notes, petitions, replies, contracts, and policy briefs.
Prepare case summaries, client updates, and internal knowledge notes.
II. AI-Assisted Legal & Corporate Operations
Use tools like ChatGPT, Gamma, Jasper, and Notion AI to draft, summarize, and analyze legal content.
Create pitch decks, presentations, and compliance reports using MS-PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
Maintain research databases, case trackers, and documentation systems.
III. Executive & Coordination Support
Assist in scheduling, minutes of meeting (MoM) preparation, and client communications.
Supervise intern teams and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and documentation quality.
Handle cross-departmental coordination between legal, PR, and business teams.
Who You Are
Education: Law graduate (LL.B/LL.M) or pursuing final year.
Experience: 01 year (internships in law firms, chambers, or policy work preferred).
Skills
Strong command over English (spoken & written)
Corporate & Commercial Law understanding
Presentation and Research skills
Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs
Familiarity with AI tools and modern work platforms
