Senior Legal Manager

Our client, a leading automotive company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Legal to join its Legal & Secretarial team in Chennai.

Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer and partnership agreements.
• Advise on general corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, collaborations, MOUs, NDAs and arbitrations.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across business functions.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, risk mitigation and corporate advisory.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional business teams.

Candidates from reputed corporates or law firms will be preferred. Prior automotive industry experience is desirable
